ok this morning i go out to my car and it starts but dies cause it is cold and when i try to restart it it just clicks in the silonoid so i knew it needed a starter anyways cause it doesnt like to start when its hot so i buy a new starter and selonoid and it still clicks at the silonoid what could it be????

it could be the battery bud. try taking the terminals off the battery and then putting them back on to make sure they have good contact. Also its a good call to get the battery tested, its free and will letcha know whats up.

or the solenoid could be bad.

the solenoid again? i am pretty sure battery is good i will check it again though anyh other ideas?

As suggested above, check your battery and connections.
If you have cheap replacement battery terminal ends make sure the cable is clean and tight.
Wiggle everything and look for loose connections, repair as necessary.
