The 5.0 and 4.6 are completely different engines, totally different design and everything. In my opinion instead of trying to make the one you have work just sell it as a whole and buy the proper one for your new car.

yeah maybe your right unless of course I buy one the same year as mine or one that this will just transfer on to that is why I wanted to know. I mean my situation is so screwed up I am stuck right now. I had a friend of mine who is a mechanic take my car to work on it while I was hunting and I get a call and he had wrecked my car. It is pretty bad my insurance wont cover because he was driving and his wont either. But here is the deal I bought the car for 6 grand and put a but load of work into it and now I have to start all over. So it is like a few grand down the drain.
