OK, you gave us a part no. Does nothing to help. What kind is it and is it calibrated for the injectors?

mass air flow

I have a stock 302 and it does not have a mass air flow sensor and want to upgrade my cam to a E303 do i need to add a MAF system.

You should really start your own thread, this one 7 years old.

But to answer your question, I always recommend a MAF convertion for any SD car that you plan on upgrading. Since the MAP is so reliant on proper vacuum , adding the wrong cam will cause you headaches ..

They do make some cams that are supposedly SD friendly.
