alright my gas gauge isnt working. i have a 88 gt. all connections seem to be good on cluster, everythign else works. this is my first fox and im not familiar with the sending unit setup on these tanks. my 73s sending unit had a float on it and the wiring off of that. this car has an electric fuel pump. do you think the sending unit is bypassed? i know that fox stangs had in tank fuel pump right? what do you guys suggest before i tear into this thing this weekend? let me know

You check all the Fuses? Think for that year there are 2 holes on top, 1 is for the sending unit the other is for the intank fuel pump.

on mine it was possible to change the sender in tank without dropping the tank all the way. i have an 89.

fuses all good.. does anyone know which hole is the sending unit so that i dont have to buy two sets of gaskets?...scrath that. stupid questtion il just look for wires to gauge
