Default Dipstick

I just got a 347 built with a Hambergers oil pan and am having a hell of a time getting the dipstick. If it helps at all it's a Moroso dipstick, which is the right one for my pan and I do have 1 5/8" equal length headers.

I did grind some metal away to try and slide it up through the headers, but as of yet, have had no luck.

Any ideas?

ha ha ha......my moroso pan and the dipstick were suppose to be for my application...but after an hour of carefully bending the tube to the right configuration..I finally got it to slide through a small opening in the headers..and after that I had to make a custom bracket to hold it all...good luck..it'll take time and patience

Did you have tho grind away any metal to get it to slip through the headers and fit into the pan hole?

Do you know who makes one?

From what I can tell the grinding away that was done should improve getting it to where it needs to be, but a flexible dipstick/tube might be the ticket.
