About how much should it cost from a reputable machine shop to have my heads machined for roller rockers? Thanks guys.

You can get "pedestal type" roller rockersfor use on stock heads. Not sure on machine shop cost if you want to convert to stud mount.

What do you think you are going to gain by having stud mount roller rockers? Unless you are going to run a super big hydraulic roller or a mechanical cam they just aren't necessary. Spend your money some where else.

and really no reason to go stud imo

w/ iron 40's the well spent money is on exhaust porting and maybe deck them to raise compression a bit

my buddy went 11's on them that way w/ a gt40 intake intake and 125 shot of nitrous

typically 1.7's and a "b" cam work well, but it all depneds on everthing else

just get the crane energizer (stock cobra) 1.7 rr, theyre only a couple hundred bucks, will bolt right on w/o machining, and give you horsepower on top of that. money-better-spent.
