T-5 Trans Fluid

I have a 93 with the World Class T5 and am going to change my transmission fluid. I read that GM Synchromesh was the best stuff to put in there. I also saw that Royal Purple makes a Synchromesh. ANd then there is Mobile 1 synthetic ATF. Is there a difference? What do you suggest? Thanks.

Any of those will be fine. I use Royal Purple.

yup +1 on royal purple synthetic atf

2nd choice is amsoil synthetic atf

actually a close call, kinda tie on both

royal purple's fluid that compares to syncromesh is called syncromax

yep Royal Purple synchromax in mine..works great plus its purple lol...im 2/3 of the way to all RP fluids..read n trans...motor someday when it gets redone.

I love the purple goo in my t-5!!! it's different!!! people aren't used to seeing purple fluid in the t-5 when I drain it!!!!..no more red!!! purple ftw!!!
