gt40 explorer intakes are better than stock fox 5.0 intakes right ?

on a mustang with not a whole lot dun to it just k&n and exhaust/x-pipe . oh yea 100 shot of nos . will i see a difference?

Yes, it is a good investment if you can find it for a good price.

A GT-40 intake flows 205 CFM, while the stock lower (most restrictive part) is at 158 CFM.

The Explorer intake is for all intents and purposes the cast equivalent of the GT-40 manifold. Check out this thread for pics and note the difference in size and arrangement of the ports between the Explorer/GT-40 and stock Mustang.

thanks man, my 4.6 section has been getting boring so i'd figure i'd learn some new things bout the newer 5.0s
