if what your looking for is sound, then i would say **** the abc cams. your running a stock longblock right? id say go with the #18 steeda w/ a 112l.s.a. it should sound better than the #19

youll get the most lope by going online and finding a soundclip and playing it over and over again
i think sound should be the last thing on your mind... i have a cam that outperforms all 4 of the mentioned cams(for my set up) that doesnt sound like it would...
anyway, biggest factor in "lope" is going to be LSA(or over lap), and the intake lobe profile...
i have 218 intake, which isnt big by anymeans and it lopes some
