RE: INJECTORS NOT WORKING HELP!!!!!
From other posts I have seen in here,Yes you need to get it tuned. Those injectors seam a bit on the hight side. Also do you have the fuel pump to feed thought injectors?

RE: INJECTORS NOT WORKING HELP!!!!!
Again, try to start it on starting fluid or carb cleaner. If it fires, it's a fuel issue. Have you verified there is spark? Is the maf calibrated for the 42's?

Did you confirm spark at the plugs?
Check your plugs to see if they are wet of flooded.
What else did you change?
Was the car running before you worked on it?
Maybe you left something unplugged.
If you installed a new throttle body you need to crank the throttle plate stop screw open a few turns to get more air for it to start and then adjust it (properly)after it's warmed up.
Did you try holding the throttle open when starting it?
