Trick FLow or Cobra Intake

RE: Trick FLow or Cobra Intake
Trickflow will outflow the Cobras hands down, now you can port the Cobras to flow just as well, or close to that of Trickflow, but porting takes a nice deal of time to do properly, or a little cash to pay somebody.

I prefer the ported Gt40 myself. I never could get past most of the looks of the aftermarket intakes. After it's all said and done, a ported GT40 will run you about the same as a good aftermarket intake if you have to buy the GT40. Porting typically costs between 100-200 bucks and you can usually find a GT40 intake for around 200-300. Personally I like the power band of the GT40 as well. Nice low streetable rpm power band. You can basically design the GT40 around your setup through porting.
If you already have the trick flow and don't mind the looks stick with what you got. If you don't like it, there is always the option to sell. You'll probably get enough from it to pick up a nice used GT40 and have it ported as well.
