Default RE: Can't figure it out...

Alright thanks again for your help! I'll check again... I don't know how you guys quote other posts so I'll do it this way: capri debris: I know it may sound crazy, but it only leaks when the heater is on... When I was driving down the interstate with my heater on I was losing tons of coolant and had to keep pulling over to fill the reservoir. As soon as I turned my heater off it held coolant much, MUCH longer (like a week and a half (I didn't run my heater during this time)). When I drove up to my buddy's house (at this time we were trying to make it leak so we could findwhere (by make it leak I mean: turned the heater on)there was some snow on the driveway and I was running the heater. I parked the car and we noticed that it was dripping coolant (coloring the snow). Then I turned the heater off and pulled forward and the dripping stopped (no more green snow). I'm not trying to arue anything, I'm just letting you know what I've seen (I promise I was 100% sober!) and hoping that it'll help narrow down the problem. About the "why did I think it was under pressure"... I knew (or atleast assumed) that the overflow reservoir wasn't supposed to be under pressure. But when my buddy was taking a look at the car (he had the car on and the heater going) coolant started flowing out of the cap of the overflow reservoir. Maybe I had just over filled it...?

So now I need to get a mirror and check the intake manifold, small hose that runs from the back of the throttle body, and check where the heater hoses connect to the two black metal heat tubes that run under the throttle body (are these the hoses from the heater core that go into the engine? If so I couldn't see any leaking on them).... Thanks again everyone for your help! I'll see what I can find!
