TW "R" Heads Questions?

TW "R" Heads Questions?

Im looking at a pair of TW "R" series heads (bare) and had two questions, 1st are they emmisions leagal that is the big one and the second is what parts wouldi need to get them ready to bolt on.

well I know they arent emissions legal. I think the twisted wedges are the only head they make with an EGR port

Thats what it is a Twisted Wedge "R" series, that is what i was told
