NEed help on adjusting stock Valves

hey everyone, i need some help adjusting the stock valves. I just finished removing my AFR 185 and need to go back to Stock. can anyone tell me which is the easiest way to adjust them.

there is no adjustment. you just tighten down the rockers and thats it
