Mass Air Meter for 24lb injectors

Would it make sense to run a 93 Cobra mass air meter on my 90 stang so that things are correct for my 24lb injectors?? I was wondering if the Cobra computer makes the changes for the 24lb injectors or does the meter do it?

The Cobra computer is what allows the use of 24lb injectors, the MAF meters for GTs and Cobras are the same. (at least for SN95s)
