then order the clutch pack kit ford sells and if all else is fine then just rebuild that portion........all you have to do is remove diff cover..wheels, drums......remove 5/16 bolt on diff unit and pull the pin...then push axle in slightly ...remove c-clips..via small magnet..pull axles..then diff main caps and keep bearing cups and spacers in order for reassembley and pull diff unit out with ring gear attatched still......then unbolt ring gear...pull s-clip out= tap out with small brass hammer..then rotate spider gears until you can remove them ..keeping in order of place for reassembley along with the two thrust washers= lay on bench...then pop the side gears out and keep all clutch plates and friction plates in order and soak new set in friction modifier and reassemble with proper shims and in same order.....reassemble in reverse order

I wait until the new kit arrives and then dissassemble and keep all in order= makes reassebley easy....unless of course you disassembled and just piled it all on the bench then now you may need a sheet.. but I have a set still intact at work in the proper order but won't be back at work until the morning so if you still need order then p.m me tommorrow

just what order to put the clutches in..but if yours are still intact just reassemble new ones in same order..I just did one two weeks ago and on the very inner is a shim..I had to reuse stock .020 shim on inner side gear cause the rebuild kit came with .030 and up which was to much
