Default 30# injectors

are 30# injectors enough for a 347? this may be a reason why i'm running hot? smells like gas though on cold startups.

trickflow HCI 347ci. seems like i always run hot. my temp gauge reads at 200 and when im at a stand still it will overheat. new thermostat, put in the right way, sensors are all new, has not had a dyno tune to the computer, AFPR is set to 32-34 psi. 16-19 degrees of timing cant remember but the timing is set right any lower and the car will stall. new 3 core aluminum radiator with electric fan that is hotwired and always on.

From my experience it seems like your FP is set too low.
I would try 39-40 without vacuum.

Fp without vacuum is set at 41... I have a feeling its because im running a stroker on stock fuel curves, but im hoping there is a cheaper fix than a 650 dollar dyno tune and chip.

30 lb injectors are just fine on that combination.

Yep, the fuel pressure at the schrader valve will read less with the FPR vacuum line connected.

I would just set it at the factory setting with vacuum line connected - 38-40 psi.

Do you have an aftermarket radiator? What kind of fan?

did you put the belt on the correct way when you put it on and is it the correct flow water pump? cause there are two water pumps for 5.0s just depends on what it is for. and make sure you have a 16 lb radiator cap. that will make a difference too. learned the cap thing the wrong way.
