RE: 95 mustang help
You can be well over 280 hp with a stock longblock and a blower. More like 330-350 from an s-trim. The price is close to a big brand top end kit (like TrickFlow), especiallyif you buy used.
But, as far as a good HCI setup, I have a buddy running the trickflow top end kit. The car runs great. Has around 300 whp (I can't remember the exact number). Don't forget you'll need to tune your car after the install.

RE: 95 mustang help
a dyno tune is not absolutly neccessary with just a hci swap..i helped with a trickflow hci kit install on a 95 5.0 and its been over a year with no tune..and that was with an automatic and the trickflow stage 1 cam...if u pieced together ur own kit..not only would u save money..but if u bought the steeda 19 cam (specially designed for the computers in the sn95 5.0s) u could get away with out a tune easily..but with a blower a tune is mandatory to makesure once u get into boost u dont blow up that motor
