Default trans loc

Is there an easy way to tell if my trans- loc is working? Sometimes one wheel spins, sometimes both. Is this normal or both wheels supposed to spin all the time? This car has had several owners and i have not been able to get in touch with any to see if the rear end has been rebuilt.

you mean TRAK-LOC right ?

just like you said....one spins sometimes.....it's wore out, possibly broken but probably just wore out.

if you need gears, they will rebuild it then, go for 4.10's

Yeah track-loc.Too steep for me since a drive a lot on the highway and like to run about 80mph. I will probably get 3.55.
