petronix are decent products and are more so known for their flame thrower ignitor conversion kit for points equipped distributors..I used to have one in my 66

I burned out two flame throwers on my 65 before I found the culprit. It ended up being a faulty ground.[:@]

Yep MSD FTW. I have always had great luck. In my new 331 I have the MSD TFI coil and a pro-billit distributor, next is the 6AL.

I run the MSD coil with the 6al....works great!

i was also looking at this mallorys, one says its good from 4k to 7k and another is good up till 5.5k, the car dosnt see 4k but mabye a dozen time a year so should i just go with the 5.5k? or would the other one be better all around?
