I take it you are putting this on a stock short block? If so my guess would be yes but the best way to tell is clay a piston. What heads are you using?

What pistons did you use? Those heads have 2.02 intakes, correct?

Do those pistons have extra valve releifs or are they just stock replacements? If you are going to have the heads off anyway just clay the pistons and see if it'll clear.

Install the new cam, head (using the old head gasket), pushrods on one cylider, and roller rockers. Before you put the head get some modeling clay and put it on top of the piston where the reliefs are. Slowly and gently spin the motor over a couple of revolutions. While you turning the engine over it locks up do not try to force it, that is the piston hitting the valve. If it goes ok take the head off and check to see how thick the clay is where the valve pushed into it. You need .120" on the intake and .080" on the exhaust to be safe.
