with your setup im sure it will benefit. it sounds like your engine is a deep breather, and those box intakes make power all the way up the power band, and if your just useing it for racing purposes, who cares if you lose a little down low, right? itll more than make up for it up top.

Thanks all i think i will have to try it out and see how it goes... The lower intake has not been ported yet but i still have to figure all that out because i am running a NOS big shot plate and you can't really make the ports any larger in that area...

I've used the Comp Polymer intake...

Before...
I had a stock cam 302 with 24's, and Cobra intake (upr and lwr)
Stock 2.73 gears

After...
I installed the box upper
some loss in the low end was obvious.
Top end gains were worth it.

Thanks for the input everyone... I just sold the gt40 and nos big shot plate... I am going with (ordered and can't wait)a super victor efi sqaure bore manifold with a 90 elbow and a zex perimiter plate system...
