RE: important lower control arm question
......back side as in, the part that connects to the axle? yeah there is a bolt there.....and a bolt in the front that connects to the body....just two if i remember correctly, but the springs rests on the lower control arms, and the sway bar bolts to them also

all the way at the top, where they connect to the body, i already have the rear end out, and the sway bar, springs ect. but i'm pretty sure im gonna have to take off my mufflers, there's no fitting an impact gun up there

RE: important lower control arm question
wait, ur talking about the upper control arms......they connect to the "ears" near the center of the diff? the lower control arms are closer to the outside of the car. i did mine w/o taking the rearend out, i just used some wrenches and an impact gun. but ur mufflers are probably diff than mine. its just a long bolt that runs through it, if you gotta move the mufflers, you gotta move the mufflers

RE: important lower control arm question
nope, the lower ones for sure, they may not connect to the body, but where they bolt up, i can hardly get a ratchet up there, like towards the outside of the car. the only reason the rear end is out, is because im goin with higher gears
