engine rebuild information
I have a 93 cobra motor i am rebuilding it and i am going with the trick flow track heatkit form summit and i was wanting to go with new pistons and rods but i really dont want to bore my motor unless needed so i was wondering what kind of pistons and rods are good to go with never had to get pistons so i am really not sure what would be good to go with the the trick flow heads and cam so any info will helps thanks.......

You need to take the block to a machine shop and have them check it and bore it if necessary. If it isn't necessary then don't bore it. You are only going to gain a very small amount of power and take metal out of a critical area. If you do need to bore it and buy new pistons the machine shop will also need to rebalance everything. Here are some pistons from Trick Flow for their heads if you need to bore it.

personally if you were going to replace pistons..you really need to have it bored cause the measure each piston and bore it accordingly...at least if the machinest is a good one that's what he'll do
