Default Found HEAD leak...Need help

Just was able to get the camera in a good position as to were the anti freeze is steaming out from...Can you tell what the heck this is? It's coming out of the little hole next to the header bolt? Spark plug was dry, no anti in oil or smoke??? I did notice the blower was blowing cold air????

thats a different header bolt location. it seems to have broken into the water jacket in the head... simple solution too

find the size of the thread, go to your local hardware store, buy a set screw (one with the allen hole in the end of it) clean the area really good, apply thread sealant, and screw in the set screw

you want it to go in deeper than the surface so you dont have any issues with your exhaust manifold hitting it

well its very common that if you over-port a head, you can hit the coolant passages.

just plug up the hole with a set screw and go from there.... its not even going to cost you more than $1

if you haven't all ready loosen the flange to down pipe bolts and clear all the crap out of the way to gain access to them the best

I have all of the bolts on except the last one next to the repaired hole...I am using bolts with Alan in the middle. Should I loosen the flange?

if you have tightened all of the previous ones then loosen them up..I install all header bolts loosely as so I can move the headers around to line all holes up.. then when all are installed and hand tight then I tighten them done to final spec
