Default Need some 302 info

I just picked up a '67 Falcon to "restore" and i've come to the conclussion I'm putting a 302 in it.

I have access to a 87 t-bird 5.0L, unknown mileage. I have a set of Carb shorties for a SBF(not sure on brand) I'm going to be cleaning them up and welding in some O2 bungs. For exhaust I'm going to be running mandrel bent 2.5" duals, H pipe, Glasspacks, and either dumping out the side or the rear, haven't decided yet. Now for my questions:
Does the 87 have 1.60 rockers or 1.7?
How good is the motorsport e-303 cam?
How much can the stock heads and intakes be ported? I've heard someone makes sheetmetal intakes for the 302, but i can only find overpriced snazy cast ones. Otherwise what are some decent ones?
Is there an easy way to block of the distributor hole? maybe using the block off plate from an early 90's 2.3?
What are some good junk yard parts to grab(asside from gt40p stuff)?

Also what would a Holley 4-bbl be worth? i think its a 750cfm, have to look it up. How about an accel 48,000volt coil, pretty chrome, sticker looks oldschool.

Ford EMS I'm going to be running MS2(already have it), JAW x2, ignition will be wasted spark controlled by ms.

The car will be a daily driver, looking for about 300rwph to start with, and very streetable, Will be using a t-5 coupled to a 3.20LSD 8", leaf sprung with either ladder bars, slide-a-links, caltracks or something along those lines.

just a tip the shorties arnt suppose to have O2 bungs, they are on the mid-pipe

the '87 5.0 had 1.6rr

the Motorsport ABC cams are outdated

the can be fairly ported but I wouldnt waste my time with them, pick up some GT40s heads and intake from junkyard explorers that were equipped with the 5.0

a boxed sheetmetal intake will KILL your low end torque, those are best suited for high rpm, boosted applications

a 700cfm carb will be more then enough

not sure whats going on here:

Carb components im guessing

nope stand alone fuel injection, was for another project, but now its just collecting dust so I might as well use it(especially as the t-bird motor doesn't have a computer) MS2 stands for MegaSquirt2, JAW is just another wideband(wideband 02 sensor controller). Also forgot to mention I'm using a Walbro 255lph HP inline pump.

What cam would you recommend?

Steeda 18 is the one you would be looking for, dont bother porting the stock heads and cam or an alphabet cam. 1.6would be the stock rocker ratio.
