I bought a jet chip formy 95 gt. i was able to alomst pull the computer out when there is a black clip in the bottom of the computer that has a screw through the middle of it. how do i remove it? I dont want to break any of the clips and i dont if i have to take that screw out. thanks for any info!!!!!

What do i do from here?????

I believe there is just a retaining clip securing the ecm to the pilliar and it unscrews / unbolts?? been a while since I pulled one

ya its a pain to get too, but i would not bopther with the jet chip, youd be better off without it, all it really does is advance your timing which you can do yourself and will cause problems if you do bigger mods later on, the only good chip is one made exactly for your car and its mods.

yeah its kinda a pain in the a$$ but you just unscrew everything....and the hard part i think is putting it back in
