ORIGINAL: ACE

If you are going with any windsor heads from the mid 70s on, you will not see much of an improvement over stock. mid 80s on they used the same head as the 5.0

Now if you have 69-70 heads, they are comparable to the GT40 head and a good port and polish will make decient power for the price.
yup.... "DOOE" castings are what you want

they can be found for $75-$150 for the pair if you look around

You can get a custom grind, if you want, or another cam of your choosing.

how much better do these flow then over stock?

here its not so easy to find parts, so it would be easyer for me to get new ones and have them worked over,

how much would all of it be? for heads and the work? (im thinking $1000-1500?)
