cam question

Default cam question

a mechanic told me that e303 cam and a stock cam the lowest point on cam are the same so i should be able to just tighten the rollor pedistals down without shimming the rocker arms is this true

irregardless of truth in the statement..it is always a good idea to examen proper valvetrain geometry and push rod length and perform all checks
