RE: internals replacements for stock 302
ORIGINAL: Xeryus
Okay, I'm starting to get swayed towards upping the displacment. So here's my next question; how do I know what rotating assembly will work in my block? ['91 5.0L, fyi]
For example, looking at Jegs.com, I see a Scat assembly for a SB Ford that says 347 Cubic inch. [942-1-94165BE]Does that mean that this kit will result in a final displacement of 347, or its for an engine that is 347 stock? i.e. would this kit work for me? Could I simply buy it, hand it over to the shop, and not require anything more (for the bottom end)?
Thanks for all the advice so far, btw. Much appreciated.

Now where you get the kit is another story, if you stick with Jegs/Summit your customer service and tech advice will be limited. If you contact www.FordStrokers.com or even Coast High Performanceyou will recieve bettercustomer service and tech advice on which kit is more suited to your needs.
