7gggggggggggssssssssss i would say no unless he has tings done to the car you arent listing maybe! if that motor isnt rebuilt you gonna end up doing that and chances are he beat on the car cause ive yet to meet someone who dosnt.

I would say so, unless it's in immaculate shape or has some serious performance. A friend of mine sold his 500hp turbo one for $8k and another friend of mine sold his S/C one for a little less. I've seen most of them go for around $4k-$5k. Basic mods like that will do not add to the value of a car, don't let the awww of an exhaust make you spend more than what it's worth. KBB is $4660 retail and NADA is $5100 high retail. If it's a Cobra then I would definitely say go for it.
