Default BBK clutch cable

My car has the BBK adjustable clutch quadrant on it but the cable that came with it is pretty messed up. Its so bad that I can't get the clutch to go all the way down. I was looking on summit and they want 75 bucks for just the cable, when the whole kit is only like 120 bucks. I searched everywhere and the cheapest I can find it for is 70 bucks. Does anybody know where I can get it for cheaper than that?

I bought the kit...Cable, Quadrant and FWA. When I installed it,I used my stock cable with the UPR Quad and FWA...works AWESOME! Not sure about the cable since I did not install it

To anwser your question yes you can use any cable you want to, if you buy a stock one just make sure you gind off the tips on the plastic end so you can put it threw the firewall. Did you try to put slack in the cable and see if you could get the pedel all the way down?
