That seal/w/stripping goes at the corner of the quarter window, where the roofrail molding meets up with it... hows your door-to-body w/s?? is your door frame bent? look at it whens closed while inside the car....

the door to body is great, I need the molding inbetween the window and door frame in the top corner, the spot that makes the 90 degree angle in the picture.
It is not a door to body seal it is a window to door frame seal

i actually just replaced my weatherstripping today. what you need is the run channel. that piece in your link is indeed for a vert. the weatherstripping that the window rolls up into is all one piece. here's a pic of the run channel...
