Default 351W Heads

What are the difference between these heads and does anyone know anything about J and C?? I have a 351W out of a 86 Ford pickup that I am rebuilding and heads are the first goal!

I was told to stay away from Pro-comp type heads... I don't see any indication of that but are these them?? anyone know about these brands and which would be best for a 351W low-mid build. So far i have a Edelbrock 1405 600 CFM 4-Barrel Carburetor. For the low-mid range build i was told the 190cc would be the best decision.. Is there any other parts that I will have to change along with the heads or can the rest stay stock? Any help with my questions is much appreciated thankyou!
