that navi motor is a tank. that thing is strong as hell and can make some power. if you have a 5.4 navi motor at your disposal and feel like a little project then grab it an have some fun. they're wider and def taller than a 5.0 so keep that in mind

you are very right. one thing are you talking about a 2v or 4v 5.4 the 4v is a freaking monster of a motor it is absolutely huge. its the sister block to the 4.6 cobra motor and i know people have put that in foxes before so if you find out when they used for a k member the 5.4 will sit in that as well but for the top half of the motor those heads and intake a freaking HUGE and will never ever ever fit under a stock hood or a cowl for that matter

Who ever told you that did not know what they were talking about. The 347 had issues when it first came out but today more research has been put in to cure those problems. The right stroke, rod length, and proper wrist pin fitment has made the 347 just as dependable as any other stroker out there. Call Woody at FordStroker's or call Ford's tech line and talk to them about their motors. Ford offers a sealed 347 motor for a particular racing series that cannot be opened up or worked on during the racing season. I have talked to a lot of engine about this and they all have stated that the problems that I heard about or read to this day in the magazine have been cured.

I have yet to see a 347 with any issues.

I would still go with the 347 or 331.It will be light and smoke a Modular Engine.

With a Terminator Engine, 300- 390 HP, a 347 can produce 400 HP N/A alot easier and

cheaper .

We would hate to see you start this project and get your feelings hurt man.

Fame has no shame and take's plenty of names.
