im actually havin the exact some problem right now....I put some new copper head gaskets on..and problem occured..not only was it coming out of the dip stick, but you may want to check the pcv valve...it is right behind the intake manifold, and it pops in and out....well i replaced that, and it still smoked like there was no tommorow..so now its in the shop either gettin breathers or possibly new rings...and i have exhaust vortech s trim...and ford racing 3.55's... and my block is brand new as well as bein bored .30 over..so yea you may wann check your rings..lots of luck...

I'm no expert here but it could be the rings have not seated fully just yet and that is letting excess blow-by get past the piston rings causing the postive pressure in the crankcase which is blowing the dipstick out of the tube. the only other option I know of to correct this is to install a racing style vacuum pump on the engine and vent the pump back to the oil separator you said you have.

what boost are you running?...do you use the pvc valve?......there is no rings problem I had sh it blowing off *** well....

Yeah thats what I was wondering I had that happen to my 1992 Ford Flareside with a 5.0 My PVC Valve stuck open on it and it blew the dipstick and some oil out all the damn time.... thats my only guess if its not that I am with Roundman on this one

I run two pcv valves inline but i've also heard that as long as the valve covers are ventilated you dont need the pcv valve. They plug them.
