would the 4.6 k-frame work?
would the 4.6 5-speed work?
would the 4.6 driveshaft
would the 4.6 fuel system work?

too much to change IMO...id just find a nice 94-95 that already has a 5.0 n be done...n if u already have stuff exterior/suspension wise done to the one u have..just switch it over...
