get the vin # and go to the DOL and find the owner that way. contact the city and find out who owns the land. or you gould try to file for an abandon vehicle title and if know one clames it with in so long the car is yours.

ahhh, if it had plants on it.... and it was abandoned in the middle of nowhere with no tags... i may have taken something.. im not the kinda person to do that, but if i really needed it... [&:]
