Default Very focused headlights

So i just bought some new smoke OEM style lamps, along with an HID kit. Got everything installed and what not, but i noticed the beam is very very focused in the middle and has a weird pattern to it.. Is there anyway to spread the light out more?

You know, thinking about it it could just be the style of the OEM lights. Does anyone have any nighttime shots of light spread from a fox body?

the 9004 and the 9007 bulb are almost exactly alike, everything except for the wiring and the direction of the filament inside the bulb. In the 9004, the filament is vertical, in 9007 the filament is horizontal, providing a better light spread. The focal point of the filament is the same though. All HID kits for fox bodys come with 9007 bulbs and the correct wiring harness for them.

i just took the fox out for a spin, and playing with the highbeams and low beams, iv come to the conclusion iv pointed my lights to far down as the high beam gives me a wonderful spread, but is still pointed low enough for a low beam. So, my hi beam is my low beam, and my low beam are my fog lights lol.

Ibelieve I got the same kit with the 9004 bulbs. However, the bulbs will not fit all the way into the housing.
I'm sending them back for a refund.
Who was the ebay seller?
Is this the kit?

Most of the kits on ebay are a single lo beam kit with no hi beams. I went for the hi/lo beam kit, since well.. i want a hi beam, and its required by inspection to have a hi beam.

This is the kit i picked up, and i am extremely happy with the kit and with the seller
