Casting number

The casting number on this block is e7te-ca? Is this a roller or non roller?

Thats what I thought it was, but when I tore it down it had regular rockers and lifters. No guide plate. Just wondering why. It dosent appear that its been torn down before.

what did the motor come out of???...it is a roller ready block though..meaning it can be outfitted with roller lifters and cam with the h-bars and spider retainer and two bolts that hold in place in the intake valley
