Default ? about my supercharger

im farely new to blowers, i cant seem to get more than 5 ibs of boost , people are sayin to set it at 10 ibs of boost, how do u set a supercharger to what boost u want out of it???

well my car has an Strim vortech blower , with 75mm mass air and 70 mm throttle body with an SS1 bbk intake and also adjustable fuel regulator, and 190 bbk fuel pump, stock heads with a 306 cubic inch block, that the info u wanted?

did you buy the supercharger as a kit? are you running the supplied pulley?

might be a stupid question but are you sure you dont have an sc trim and not a S?

no it is an s trim, the previous owner was runnin 12 ibs of boost, and yes im runnin the pulley it came with( bought used as a kit), and its cool it wasnt a stupid question

what size injectors you running? with that much boost, you need an injector that can handle the duty cycle. My opinion #30 at least i went #42 with a255lph, take away the FMU. what type of heads did the last owner have? Do you have black powder residue, belt slippen. Im sure u checked that though

i am runnin stock heads with 30 ib injectors, i think its the pulley hat came with the kit, what pulley size should i get to reach 10 ibs of boost?

You need to make sure all connections are nice and tight from the blower. You could be losing boost like a vacuum leak. Plus, you will not make maximum boost until you're at the motors maximum out put, e.i. you will not see 10psi at 4000 rpms.
