sorry if this is a retarded question but i need to know what
the little vertical bar attached to the fornt control arms is called
its really skiny. i think its called a stabalizer bar but im not sure

any help is apreciated

If you're talking about what connects the bar to the control arm, it's called the stabilizer link.
