The old return hose for my power steering pump is stuck, i can't remove it, in order to replace it.

1.) It has a clamp with a screw and I've loosened it all the way.
2.) I can turn/rotate it completely in 360 degrees.
3.) It won't come off - pulling on it, jiggling it, whatever.

Any TIPS?? i don't know what the hell to do....

oh yeah, its really really dirty in that area, next to the radiator, its like its melted onto the metal hose....

unscrew the clamp completely. it should open up and come right off.

once the clamp is off, slice the line with a razorblade...

i always have to stick a tiny flat head screw driver between the hose and what its connected to and try to break the seal all the way around. then pull and twist.

install a new return line while your at it..hose is probably old and dry rotted
