Default Idle Problem HELP!!!

I have an 89 GT. I run with a e303 cam, 65mm throtle body, Holley systemax upper and lower. My problem is when Ifeather the engine, lets say at parking speed my engine cuts out on me. What should I look to tweak of fix??
Thanks in advance!

if it was me first i would look up the throttle position sensor voltage specs and test to see if yours is right that could be the problem if not
i would look at timing did you work on it recently
also could be fuel check fuel pressure, and or put a fuel filter on it, it cant hurt

Do what's been suggested, but i would also check for any vacuum leaks also. I'd be willing to bet if you did not have that cam and intake it would run better. Your stock heads are choking the engine with that high flow intake and the cam.

The heads are stock but they've been ported and polished.

I would check the TPS first, then question fuel. Has the fuel filter been changed recently??? FASTBLACK is right too about the vacuum leaks; they will run you crazy trying to figure them out.

I just got the car last week and it's going in for overhaul on Monday. I'm sure all filters need to be changed and the car needs tuning. NO leaking of anything but a strong smell of fuel when driving.
