Default switching from efi to carbed

Im planning on building a 331 stroker.I got my hands on a brand new chrome edelbrock perf. carb and intake manifold. I just wanted to know what is all involved in swapping my 89 fuel injected 5.0 to the carbed motor?

Sell that thing and get a custom cam for your current combo.

yeah, my first thought was to sell it and by some 3.73's
