Gear intall vs. Headers and H-

OK, Ive got $350 for my next mod. I'm debating between MAC shorties and an H-Pipe (off-road) or installing a set of 3.73 gears. Which one should I do?

Around here a re-gear runs $400-500
Gears and install kit for $200-250, plus fluids, waste disposal, and another $200+ for labor, then add tax.

I've got a shop that will dothe gearfor just over $350, and I can get the MAC shorties or BBKs for $200 and the H-Pipe for $139.

I'd go with the gears, you will notice the most gain from that. I have 3:73 gears on my 95 on that mod was what I notice the most gain from. Don't get me wrong, the exhaust is a good mod, but I'd get the gears first. I have the longtubes and off road H on my ride and I really liked them aswell, my car sounds so nice. my .02
