went back to regular 10w30 and the nouse is still there...its not that loud but Inever heard it before yesterday...ill get a video of it

The video's work. Check your header bolts and make sure they are tight, i doubt that's the answer but it's worth a shot. If that do's not help your only course of action is to remove the valve covers and see what you have and hope it's not deeper than that. Check your rockers and all valve train components and make sure your getting oil up there. Dont worry about making a mess, just lay a towel down or something.

try to see if you can find what side its coming from then get a long stick or screwdriver pu tit where you think the sound is coming from and put it to your ear

You saw the video right. This do's not sound like an isolated problem. Could be loose rockers, could be clogged oil pump not pumping oil up there, could be lifters, could be alot of things man. I think your going to have pull the valve covers. I believe you have to pull the upper off to get to them but i'm not sure. Been awhile since i've fooled with an efi stang.

my oil pressure shoots right up, and Im not sure whats done to my car ive been told it has work done to the motor and the sound is just the after market rollerrockers but it never made the noise till now

where they colder than the ones you replaced them with?
