SOUNDS LIKE A BAD EGR VALVE TO ME. I HAD TO REPLACE THE ONE ON MY 87GT, IT WAS DOIN THE SAME THING, ALSO CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOUR SPOUT CONECTOR IS IN THAT WILL CAUSE THAT TOO
all the vac lines r hooked up i know the tube that goes from the back of the heads to the somg pump is broke so i pluged that off and all the vac lines

No offense, but... are you talking about hot wheels? Judging by what you just said there, I'm assuming you are only 7, and therefore wouldn't be driving a real car.
