are they any good? is it worth it? found one right here ive seen them for cheaper but this is the first one i saw in the search and im just posting it up here to get your feedback on this device (doesnt matter which brand for me) dont know too much about diagnosing vehicles im learning right now and will this help me diagnose my mustang?

you don't need a scanner to blink codes out to you on a fox or sn-95 stang you can manually perform a koeo/koer test

never done those tests before though i am aware of them how simple/ difficult is it? and do i just need a voltmeter? any info or websites on this will be helpful
