I'm putting a 2.3 t-5 in my 5.0 (only option at the moment). What exactly do I need to do? Ive searched and haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. Can I just leave the v-8 pilot bearing in? If not, what do I need to do?

If anyone knows i would appreciate even a short answer. I'm supposed to do the work tomorrow on my only day off. Thanks guys

the gearing is alittle different, i think youll have to take the plastic speedo from the 2.3 trans too and install it in the car, it will be quicker off the line if i remember correctly, and you should be good with the pilot bearing just measure your t5 from the 50 and the 2.3 i would believe they are the same input shaft
